Before using SchoolTracs, we issued receipts manually. We would duplicate course code and fee to each receipt and finally arrange it to time table. It is time consuming to arrange so many tutors and must be cautious to avoid mistakes. Handling class re-arrangement schedule hold up man power. We calculated number of students and monthly revenue report by spreadsheet. Staff suffered from heavy workload and resulted in many mistakes. Paper documents piled up which consume spaces. Finding a student record takes a lot of time.
