Before using SchoolTracs, a lot of reminders and lesson changes had to be sent manually via WhatsApp. This was time-consuming and could lead to miscommunication over schedules, especially for 1-to-1 lessons.

The make-up class feature is frequently used—while designed more for group learning, it is already useful and continues to improve for 1-to-1 music school needs. Other helpful features include sending invoices and receipts directly via WhatsApp.
