Many education centres provide Zoom classes for students to learn at home flexibly. However, managing Zoom is inconvenient, you need to send the Zoom link to corresponding students and teachers by viewing the timetable first. Besides, if you use Microsoft Teams, when students enroll or drop courses, you need to add or delete students in the Teams one by one. SchoolTracs integrates with Zoom and Teams, so that if you have any update in timetable, your Zoom and Teams will sync the information automatically.

To manage face to face classes and Zoom classes more efficiently, we integrate Zoom with SchoolTracs. You can create Zoom classes on the SchoolTracs timetable directly. You can view which classes are Zoom classes easily on SchoolTracs timetable. The teacher can view relevant classes and get Zoom classes URL and password on the timetable. It saves the admin’s time creating Zoom classes and sending them to teachers one by one.


Microsoft Teams Integration

Some education centres use Teams to share teaching materials with students. To create teams in Microsoft Teams, you need to create one by one. We integrate Teams with SchoolTracs, you can sync the SchoolTracs timetable in Microsoft Teams by one click.
